
Resilience Experiences and Perspectives in Autistic Adults
- What does the term ‘resilience’ mean to autistic adults?
- What are factors that have helped or hindered experiences of resilience?
- How can we better support autistic adults experiencing stress and challenges?
Through hearing the perspectives and lived experiences of autistic adults, we hope to have a better understanding of resilience in the context of autistic adults and how to better support the autistic community.
Who can participate?
- Adults with a diagnosis of Autism without co occurring intellectual disability
- Aged 18 years and above
- Living in Australia
- Fluent in English
What is involved?
- Attend a 1 -1 interview on Zoom, where we will discuss experiences of resilience and its associated factors. An overview of questions will be provided in advance and the session will take approximately 1 hour.
- As a thank you, you will be provided with a $50 e-gift voucher.
