Emeritus Professor Amanda Richdale presents an evidence-informed webinar for Mental Health Foundation Australia discussing the relationship between sleep disturbances and mental health outcomes for Autistic adolescents and adults.

Emeritus Professor Amanda Richdale was a founding member of OTARC, commencing in an honorary role in 2008, and joining in early 2009 as Associate Professor. Amanda’s current work focuses on relationships between sleep, co-occurring conditions, and transdiagnostic factors in autism across the lifespan, the role of psychological flexibility in poor sleep, and insomnia intervention for Autistic adults. She is co-developer of the first insomnia intervention for Autistic adults, SLEAPI (ACT-i), which was published in 2023.
