Purpose: Identify supports and remove barriers to enable Autistic employees to thrive at work.
Who is eligible to take part?
- You are invited if you reside in Australia.
- In current employment
- You’re an organisational stakeholder, including
– manager of Autistic employee(s),
– HR professional,
– Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) lead/practitioner - Autistic (formally diagnosed or self-identified) or non-autistic.
What’s Involved?
- A short screening survey (3–5 minutes)
- A 45–60 minute interview via Zoom or face-to-face, depending on your preference, scheduled at a mutually convenient time
